Fluxus is sometimes referred to as the unknown art movement and yet it is one of the most important art movements of the 20th Century. The amount of well know artists that have been associated with it is huge. 
Joseph Beuys, Yoko Ono, Nam June Paik to name but a few. Whilst it has gained much recognition in recent times often this is only in written or photographic form. Most people have never seen a Fluxus event and this is a rare opportunity to experience an event of live Fluxus works. The event is curated by Danny McCarthy the curator of the first ever Fluxus event in Ireland in 1984 and several other events from there on. It is part of Cork Sound Fair.
