The Ghost Violins Of Glenbower Wood

 

1^st Movement for Violin and Viola

The work forms part of the Mor Artists Collective exhibition in Greywood and of Art Trail in Glenbower Wood. It is inspired by the  tale/legend that dancing once took place on a regular basis in the wood and that the music played at these dances can still be heard at certain times late at night in the wood. Inspired by this tale and by his practice of slow listening the artist created this work Part 1 of a series.
